Moving Dad in with us

So yesterday because of some issues we moved my dad in with us. and it was hard and took a bunch of hours. I glad he's here.  But it affected my story and during the move I got triggered and went off. I was able to reign it in within about a minute. But there are times when it is difficult and we get angry. We just need to get to the story happening at the moment we are triggered and change that story so we are no longer triggered by the event. I was able to move quickly past it because of the right tools. Setup a time and let's talk about the story's you want to change in building an Amazing Life!
