Moving Forward - Mark Cerfonteyn

This past Sunday was our vision Sunday where we looked at the year ahead and put a word to it. To give us direction for where we want to go with God! In 2023 let’s move out of a place of languishing and let’s start MOVING FORWARD with renewed sense of hope and purpose! So others may live (Philippians 3:12-15). Let’s start pressing forward to the call that God has on our lives. In 2023 let’s have a forward focus. Don’t get pulled to the left or right or back to the past, but keep your eyes on what Jesus is doing in your future (Prov 4:25-27). Then we also need to have a forward pursuit. Lean into everything God has for you this year. In 2023 we also need a forward faith! Believing for something more and going forward (Ex 14:15). And for your life in 2023, have a forward vision. A vision for what you want to do and become in Christ this year. God wants to build you! And the last point is forward connect. Let’s get in line with the vision and grow our connections in the house. Let’s join the vision that we have collectively as God’s Church this year through PRAYER, CONNECTING, and by joining our DREAM TEAM to see this vision fulfilled in the life of church.
