Her mother just died, her husband left her, and now her elderly father is taking over her house. As Sarah discovers that her perfect father is all too fallible, her mother’s ghost appears with biting commentary and unsolicited advice. Set in Baltimore, the play examines, through a comic lens, the struggle between family commitment and personal freedom. About Andrea Fine Carey Andrea Fine Carey has written two prize-winning plays. "Jump" received 1st prize at Fells Point Corner Theatre’s 10x10 Competition in Baltimore, MD; "Strange Brew" won 1st place in Thunderous Productions’ One-Act Festival in Ellicott City, MD. Andrea completed the 2019 Kennedy Center Playwrights Intensive and is a member of the Dramatists Guild. She lives in Maryland and Virginia.
