from The FitPro Podcast · host FitPro

In this episode, JP explores something which has, or will, affect us all, with grief counsellor, speaker and personal trainer, JoDee Coulter. In a conversation both deep and absorbing, they explore primary grief, and secondary grief - its obvious sibling - which everyone overlooks.
