Martina Camani è un’artista visiva e performer, originaria del Veneto. La sua ricerca nasce dall’incrocio tra arti visive, teatro e danza, e si è sviluppata nel tempo in dialogo con la performance e la musica. I suoi interessi spaziano dagli studi postumani agli Animal Studies, con un’attenzione particolare ai linguaggi delle specie animali e alle loro possibili traduzioni nel corpo e nella scena. Negli ultimi anni ha dato vita a progetti che intrecciano installazione, costume, ricamo e pratiche performative, con una componente sonora affidata spesso alla collaborazione con sound artist. Dal 2024 è cofondatrice del collettivo FALIVE, che lavora sull’improvvisazione somatica ed elettroacustica, in un processo creativo condiviso.Nel 2025 Martina ha preso parte al Postnatural Independent Program dell’Institute for Postnatural Studies di Madrid. Qui ha portato avanti una ricerca che unisce improvvisazione corporea, suono e riflessione teorica, confrontandosi con studiosi e artisti internazionali e presentando i risultati in un podcast collettivo come esito finale del percorso.
