Movnat, Jiu-Jitsu, and Food with Nate Amado

from Primal Aspects Podcast · host Nate Smith and Matt Kinneberg

In this episode, we interview our brother Nathan Amado.  His background in MovNat and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has enabled him to develop a unique style of movement based on intuition, flow, and self-defense. He is a Gracie Combatives and Jiu-Jitsu instructor at Gracie Aurora here in the Denver area so we discuss how and why learning a form of martial arts is so beneficial. His approach to wellness is based heavily on ancestral practices including nutrition, mindset, and spirituality. We dive deep into what he has learned from a carnivore diet and ways to successfully implement an animal-based approach to eating. If you think a plant-based approach to eating will save the planet, listen to this conversation for an opposing perspective that will blow your mind. We don’t hold back and discuss regenerative agriculture, fake meat, and why eating what nature has given us is important for all.
