Mark Rees shares his experience of working at the very highest levels of the game. Mark started his career at Crewe Alexandra working under the infamous Dario Gradi, he then moved on to Blackburn Rover before moving to Man City. Mark was lucky enough to be at City to see them transition to be one of the power houses of Academy football. He also worked within the Womens Team at City. Mark talks about developing some of the best players in the country and the difference between working with male and female players. This episode is not to be missed!
