Meissner is a former Commissioner, U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.The Director of the Migration Policy Institute office at the NYU School of Law, Muzaffar Chishti, says that he expects the Supreme Court to continue to affirm that the Presidents authority on immgration is quite extensive.
