Much loved and respected by her colleagues at the AFM, Iona excelled in her career here in Malta, but when the opportunity came to apply to be an AFM pilot Iona jumped at the chance to relocate to Italy to undergo her two year training, due to graduate later this year.Listen to this bubbly and passionate lady explain how she navigated her way through the opportunities that came to her, how she rationalised leaving behind a career she loved and excelled at to jump at the chance to take a new direction.
