I tried some Energybits this past week and I will tell you what I think about these little pieces of energy. They are different than I thought.   Tis the season for candy and junk food, so now I am trying to adjust my eating so it isn't horrible.    Just a couple of months until the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend and while I wait for that to arrive I have decided to train for a 5K and see if I can feel my way to a PR.
