Mpume is an internationally qualified corporate level coach based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She founded About Change Conversations following a corporate career in companies like Unilever, MTN, Ericsson and Multichoice. She is passionate about personal development and has gained a deep understanding of what is required to identify each individual’s unique talents and passion to ultimately benefit organisations while facilitating personal growth.
