Mr. Chibbs - Kenny Anderson - Former NBA All-Star Who Led Georgia Tech to The Final Four in The Sports Deli Podcast: Where Everyone Deserves a Seat at the Table.

Mr. Chibbs - the full story can be found on Prime Video. Kenny Anderson joined Hootie Hoot in The Sports Deli Podcast: Where Everyone Deserves a Seat at the Table and shares his incredible journey. Kenny dealt with drugs and alcoholism in his own home growing up and then had a drinking problem himself as he got older. He was sexually abused and in his words, "Basketball is Easy, Life is Hard". All Kenny wanted to do was take care of his mom and he did. But when she passed away, it hit Chibbs hard and it took him losing 63 million dollars and much much more before getting a second (and third chance) to coach and be able to pay it forward as the leader of young men as a college coach. You don't want to miss this incredible interview where Chibbs talks about his childhood, his time at Georgia Tech leading the Yellow Jackets to the Final Four (the same year the football team won the National Championship), his 14-year NBA career, and our very famous rapid fire segment of the podcast, "this or that". You will not believe who he says is the best player he ever played with. Here's a hint: He's from Detroit and played at Syracuse.
