Although Mr. Gundlach might seem brave, when it comes to bats he gets kind of scared. One of Mr. Gundlach’s greatest fears is a bat. Mr. Gundlach looked like he just saw the scariest animal ever. He wanted to go home, but he decided to stay. Mr. Gundlach probably felt like he just got off a bucking bronco. He thought the bat was on the ceiling, but it was just a crack in the paint. Mr. Gundlach probably felt like he just went into the scariest house on Halloween. Mr. Gundlach got his coat and went downstairs. He almost went out the door, but he was too afraid so he came back upstairs. Mr. Gundlach looked like he just got done peeling an onion. Mr. Gundlach put a basket on his head and said, “The bat cannot catch me now!” When he put the basket on his head he looked like a yahoo. Clearly, you can see that Mr. Gundlach is afraid of bats!
