Although Mr. Gundlach seems very brave, when it comes to bats he's not. He said “There's a mammal. It's a winged mammal and it is his greatest fear. He looked like his fears were getting higher and higher. Mr. Gundlach almost decided to go home, but instead he decided to search for the winged mammal. Mr. Gundlach felt really, really scared. He thought the crack on the ceiling was the winged mammal but it wasn't. Mr. Gundlach looked like he just got shot out of a cannon. He tried to go home but he said “I can't I can't do it I'm too scared”. Mr. Gundlach was frightened, like a little kid who's afraid of the dark. He got a great idea to use a laundry basket to protect himself from the winged mammal and went downstairs. Mr. Gundlach was crazy about his great idea. All in all, he is afraid of bats.
