Although Mr. Gundlach is usually very brave, he was not brave to a bat. He told us there was a winged mammal in the school. He sounded like he just broke a vocal cord. While he was by the stairs, it wasn’t the safest place for him to be. He looked like he was so scared he was going to walk off a cliff. Later, he saw a bat shaped crack in the ceiling. He was so nervous that he was shaking. He said he was going home, but he did not because he was too scared. Mr. Gunldach seemed like he was going to run down the stairs like a chicken. He put a basket on his head and said, “You can’t me now with this mammal-proof headgear on.” He was as confident as a fireman putting out a fire was. All in all, Mr. Gundlach was very brave. But, when it comes to bats he’s not.
