People grow apart. Partnerships are no different. As the entity grows so do the people involved. While the hope is everyone evolves in the same direction, there are still times when someone’s road diverges from the rest.

This week’s episode of Words With KB podcast is an example of such. In this episode, we officially say goodbye to one of the Kru’s most pivotal voices while looking to understand the contributing factors which led to his departure. Emotions do flare as the discussion stays heated. Luckily, our resident therapist Amie G. is in the building to mediate and facilitate the discussion.
