Mr. P.'s Tales from the Road - S01E03 - Bang Your Head

In this episode of Mr. P.'s Tales from the Road, I dive into a very personal discussion on something that many of us deal with daily and have been dealing with so much more the last year as things have progressed throughout the pandemic: Mental health. Depression. Anxiety. And then a discussion on how urban exploration and photography is a light in the darkness while dealing with these maladies in life, and how doing what we do keeps us from going off the deep end when things are at their most turbulent. I ordinarily don't go this deep into things this personal, but events of the last few weeks have steered my mindset into thinking upon how things are and how we seek out our favorite abandoned spots to help us cope when the going gets tough.
