In this week’s edition, we venture back to the spring of 2019 and our first foray into the heart of a massive abandoned prison, SCI-Cresson, near Altoona, Pennsylvania. Exploring and photographing this fascinating place was a much different experience in the forlorn mountain stillness where so many were once incarcerated, before the place was recently opened for tours by the new owners.
