In this episode, we travel out to an abandoned chain bakery complex that used to be a major institution in Cleveland, Ohio; Hough Bakeries. Remembered fondly for delicious cakes and confections by generations of Clevelanders, this place was sadly closed down and abandoned in 1992. We’ll talk about the history of the place, and our time spent inside wandering the old kitchens and documenting what remains.
