This podcast chat provides a great case study  of risk management in action - and not just that but uses an upside risk (an opportunity) as the example.My guest is Jonathan Egan, CEO and Founder of FabCast Solutions, a vertically integrated contract manufacturing company that specializes in engineered metal and plastic components for small-to-midcap companies. Jonathan foresaw the increasing demand for nearshoring, and established FabCast Solutions SRL de CV in México to help them assist US businesses in relocating their operations from the Far East to North America. This provided additional production capacity and cost savings. Why Mexico you ask?
