MRP 178: We React to Biden Claim that Oil Industry is Not Innovative

On October 31st, Joe Biden made remarks about oil company record profits. He acknowledged that companies should earn a fair return for innovation and at the same time claimed that current oil company profits are a result of profiteering instead of innovating.
