MRP PPG Newsletter - Issue 13, November 2022

The main item in this edition of the newsletter talks about missed appointments also known as DNA (Did Not Attend). The figure for September was 56 DNAs with an estimated cost to the surgery of £8,960! It also contains: - An article on the Breast Screening service now that the screening unit is on-site at the surgery again. A link to the latest podcast episode recorded by Dr Bradshaw where she talks about appointments at the surgery.  It gives a very interesting insight into the appointment process and is well worth a listen.
