Mrs Frieda’s Halfway Home Session 23 – The Lighter

The kids survived the apocalyptic showdown with Odyn. Through a combination of Ty’s psychic powers, Emma’s resolve, and some last-minute help from Elder Dane, Odyn has been pummeled and the majority of his power broken. George has been brought back to the Halfway Home (with some interesting new tattoos), and has recovered from the coma he fell into after Condor was possessed by Odyn. As soon as he wakes up, he tries to leave again. George, the kids discover, is on a mission from Thunderbird, the great god-bird of legend. A long time ago, he completed what he refers to as “The Trials,” and gained Condor. He’s going through them again: he showed up back in Troy in order to find something at his mother’s old house. The kids, however, having just gotten George back, aren’t keen to let him run off again. And while Odyn may have been beaten, there are still things going on behind the scenes. Things are still in motion.
