Welcome aboard your weekly flight to the Bermuda Triangle of podcasting otherwise known as Ruck 'n Roll (insert Vincent Price Thriller laugh but strictly no MJ-like groin touching). Captain Hillier speaking at the controls, along with First Officer Kenny 'Cockpit' Francis and your cabin crew Purser Peak and our Chef de Mission - launching Lenny's Fine Flying Food - Mark Fine.   Our flight time is one hour but with the expected wind gusts from the Purser and the constant re-rooting of the flight path, delays to our final destination are expected. There will be turbulence, plus altitude and attitude variances, and please observe the 'no smirking' signs.  For the comfort of your fellow passengers, please keep flatulence to a minimum, belching to an acceptable volume and strictly no nose picking.
