Ms. Lizasamma Kalib – Magical Chief Nursing Officer of Prestigious SGPGIMS

The lady with Emanated robust femininity known for her dedication, compassion and sincerity, Mrs Lizasamma Kalib, herself user of mylife YpsoPump She would be the CNO to the world, but she has been literally, in words and in action, a mother to patients, she is called “MAA”. (Mother in Hindi)

She gives the credit of her positive persona to the fear of God. A work should never be done to please other humans, but it should be done to make our almighty happy. Her conscience is her motivation, and that is why she has been so empathetic. Talking about the generation gap and her profession, she says it was a better work at her time as people were more empathetic to each other and had that feeling of helping each other, however now, there is no feeling of empathy in the younger generation and it is more of just doing a job.

Ms. Kalib gave her relentless service during the COVID. She was herself COVID positive with uncontrolled diabetes and in a really critical condition. When she was at the ICU bed, she still managed to help other patients there.

“Doctor treats, God cares,” this is what Mrs Lizasamma believes in and she doesn’t leave a moment to help her patients. She also shares an emotional moment from her work experience in the same context.
