Biography: Sidni Kast, a UND physical therapy student, will shine a spotlight on holistic health as the focus of her platform during her reign as 2022 Miss North Dakota. Kast, a native of Minot, graduated from Minot High School in 2016 and went to earn an undergraduate degree in biology at Minot State University in 2019. The daughter of Scott and Brenda Kast of Minot, she first became interested in the Miss Norsk Hostfest competition in Minot because of the scholarship opportunities it presented and the chance to perform on stage, she said.
