In today's homily, Msgr. Magee helps us understand the gospel meaning of the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus meets this woman at the well, and tells her that he can quench the burning thirst she had for true love, in a way that five failed marriages and one cohabitation could never come close to doing. In their brief encounter, she comes to realize that He know everything about her, and that here was "Love" in person, asking her to be HIS, in a way that she never imagined could fill so many needs in her.
