After all the effort it takes to generate a lead and secure a meeting, many of us fall into the same trap. We start talking about our process, our technology, our methods, and all the things we’re proud of. The problem is that prospects are not interested in how we work nearly as much as we think they are. What they really care about is whether we understand their problem and can help them solve it.
