(Yes, the Prosecutor warned the Hearing Board that the testimony of the IAD investigator ought to be excluded because it was attempted perjury.) If you care about Maryland's finest, and you listen to this podcast, you will want to call Governor Hogan and ask him what the hell is going on in Pikesville? Or as Clarke and Serge say: "Momma, don't let your babies grow up to be Troopers." And an update: Khan was fired on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.
