June is National Men’s Health Month. In honor if Men’s Health Awareness, Friday June 16 is Wear Blue Day. Common health issues men experience that we will be discussing this morning include blood pressure, blood cholesterol, depression, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and others. On Saturday, June 10 the Jackson County Health Department will be holding “FOR THE HEALTH OF IT” at Manpower Park in Jackson. Participants can travel to various stations to earn points towards prizes. Each station will have fun activities, ideas, and resources/ information, and food to keep your family healthy and happy!
