The former Virginia All-American and assistant coach has turned the Patriots into a contender in the Atlantic 10 Conference. As a student-athlete, Morgan helped Virginia advance to the NCAA Championship three times and win the 2004 NCAA Championship. Additionally, Jessy was the US Team selector for the 2012 gold medal team; was recently inducted into the McDonogh School Hall of Fame in 2014Jessy, a Baltimore native, began her collegiate coaching career in 2009 at Howard University where she was the head coach for the Bison for two seasons. On the national scene, Jessy was a two-time USA Developmental Team member and was voted the eighth-best African-American lacrosse player of all-time by Lacrosse Magazine in 2010. She conducts summer girls lacrosse camps in non-traditional lacrosse areas all over the country and serves as the director of the National Lacrosse Organization Lacrosse Club for girls.Jessy earned her bachelor's degree in English from Virginia in 2007 and earned her master's degree in business administration in 2017.
