During this period of personal and professional reflection and growth, Wyatt discovered his innate talent for mentoring young people and identifying emerging talent to seek their passion and pursue previously unimaginable goals. At the same time, while his own leadership skills were honed across 3 separate industries, he also discovered America is facing a major leadership crisis on all fronts: social, economic, education, and political.
