Muddled Hearts

From burning bishops to pink palaces, we take a walk on the weird side of Valentine Street... Juliet and Romeo 2 oz London Dry Gin 3/4 oz Lime Juice 3/4 oz Simple Syrup 3 slices Cucumber 1 Mint Sprig A Dash of Rosewater A Pinch of Salt Muddle the cucumber and salt in a shaker tin, then add the Gin, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Rosewater and shake with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a mint leaf and 3 drops of Angostura Bitters. Pink Lady 1 1/2 oz London Dry gin 1/2 oz Apple Brandy 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 1/4 oz Grenadine 1/2 oz Egg White Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish. Smouldering Rose 1 oz Mezcal 2 oz Rosé Vermouth 1/4 oz Velvet Falernum A Dash of Rosewater Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.
