Hoy voy a hablar de mujeres en consejos de administración y  consejos consultivos en organización y cómo fue mí aprendizaje este semestre.  El año pasado me preguntaron qué porque no era consejera y en ese momento yo trabajaba en el mundo financiero, yo pensaba que los consejeros necesitaban trabajar en empresas muy importantes. Me pico la curiosidad y como siempre estoy buscando que aprender, colegio nacional de consultores independientes profesionales, donde estudie un diplomado que me sirvió no solo para el contenido educativo pero para hacer networking y aprender muchas cosas mas. Dependiendo de tu experiencia puedes participar en este tipo de consejos para ver en qué manera puedes aportar. Eramos trece participantes y solo dos mujeres, esto me llamo mucho la atención. Esto me hizo reflexionar en qué es lo que hace que las mujeres no estén participando en este foro, es medio triste porque se esta proponiendo que alla más mujeres pero luego las mujeres no invierten en sí mismas y no quieren pagar los cursos. Si eres mujer creo que tienes que invertir en ti tiempo y dinero para poder crecer.
