Muk is a 10+ year veteran of kettlebell training, silver medalist in the 2012 European Championships in Belgorod, Russia (2x24kg division WC 74kg) and has trained extensively under world class coaches from Russia. His system combines the fluidity of Russian kettlebell sport along with the intensity of more modern training styles, to create a true hybrid of all fitness disciplines. As a strength and conditioning coach, he has worked with multiple athletes, mainly in the combat sports world to help them reach their full potential.
