She is trained as a psychoanalyst. Laibow's clinical practice of drug free psychiatry and medicine (using psychotherapy, nutrition, detoxification, homeopathy, neuro biofeedback and other frequency technologies) led to patients seeking help for non-psychiatric diseases and disorders from all over the world.  With the need to treat more types of dysfunction, her practice shifted from a psychiatric one to “Cataclysmic Primary Care + Psychiatry”, all conducted without the use of pharmaceutical drugs.
