Initially when Ashley began house hacking, she did some short and long term single family rentals. Shortly after though, she partnered with her dad who was a contractor, and began flipping homes. Then like most investing strategies, she decided to take everything to the next level and began investing in multifamily. Fast forward to today and she’s doing multifamily syndication, has 600 units, and is in the planning process of actually developing a multifamily complex from the ground up.
