Multi-Modality Healing For Body, Mind + Spirit - with Juliet Root

from Third Eye Awakening · host Amy Belair

I’m so excited to share this conversation with you all! Juliet is a Holistic Nutritionist, transformational coach and fitness trainer. She has been in the health and wellness industry for 15 years where her approach is all about body, mind and spirit - in that order. She supports her clients to go from surviving to thriving using a multi-modality approach. We spoke about childhood trauma being a catalyst to maturity, transmuting pain and supporting our inner child and we dove into Juliet’s story with abusive relationships, eating disorders, nutritional disorders and her path to finding a home in all round wellbeing. Body, Mind, Spirit. Adding energy work and the spirituality side has elevated her to a higher understanding of the different modalities you can utilise to tune into and go beyond the 3D dimension of the physical body. You can find Juliet on Instagram @juliet_root Or on her podcast The Woo Cast You are incredible, POWERFUL, magical.  Thank You for Being here.
