'Mummy wasn't born the same day as the Queen, it's the other way round'

from BBC Radio Foyle · host BBC Radio Foyle

The Queen is another person who's reached a big milestone but she wasn't the only one to reach the age of ninety yesterday. There was a party too in Newtoncunningham in Donegal where Netta Cole celebrated her 90th surrounded by family and friends. In fact the Queen sent Netta a birthday card when they both celebrated their 80th, ten years ago. Back then the Queen broke with protocol as she doesn't normally send cards to those living outside the UK. So was there any special delivery in the post yesterday for Netta...Enda McClafferty went to find out and he asked Netta and her daughter Lorriane first about the previous card she received from Buckingham palace.
