Munster are the 2021 Vodafone Interprovincial Champions after defeating Ulster 50-5, Saracens, Harlequins and Bristol are tied for first after two rounds of Allianz Premier 15s, and the Dr Farah Palmer Cup will restart with limited matches this weekend. In 7s news, Vancouver will host a "Fast Four" tournament with Canada, Great Britain, USA and Mexico this weekend. All teams will play each other with the top two playing for gold and the other two teams competing for third place. In Other News, five women are being inducted into Scotland's Rugby Hall of Fame and Ireland is roiled by another scandal at an Interpros match between Connacht and Leinster. Teams were forced to change next to dumpsters and construction debris instead of in the venue's empty changing rooms.
