Murder Cults! Part 1

This week, Diva and Cindy are taking a stroll through some of the world's craziest murder cults! We skipped a lot of the well known cults in favor of some lesser known, yet equally horrific, murder loving cults. We've got a little bit of everything for our listeners this week: suicide cults, child sacrificing cults, cults in the woods, cults in the city, cults from around the world! The one thing these cults all have in common, as always, is they truly love murder. Would it be a real cult if they didn't? Cases Covered: 1. The Ant Hill Kids 2. The Yahweh Cult 3. The Superior Universal Lineage Cult 4. The Zhao Yuan McDonald's Cult Murder 5. Anna Young and the House of Prayer Cult Sources: https://www.firstcoastnews.com/article/features/cult-leaders-daughter-gives-an-inside-look-at-the-house-of-prayer/77-8592f668-f156-4da0-bbe3-300c7780470f https://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/ny-cult-leader-anna-young-dies-prison-20210331-mueokgg3nrbdjfqhkwhq6yrela-story.html https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roch_Thériault https://cvltnation.com/ant-hill-kids-break-legs-sledgehammer-go-hell/ https://www.toronto.com/news-story/10148519-behind-the-crimes-murder-mutilation-abuse-part-of-life-at-ant-hill-kids-commune/ https://podcasts.apple.com/am/podcast/cults-daily-superior-universal-alignment-valentina/id1286818575?i=1000471223463 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Altamira_child_emasculations https://culturacolectiva.com/history/superior-universal-alignment-ufo-cult-murders https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-china-31087839 https://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/aug/18/mcdonalds-murder-china-five-stand-trial https://www.oxygen.com/deadly-cults/crime-time/former-cult-members-recall-grisly-details-of-sodomy-torture-murder-of-young https://journalstar.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/michael-ryan-a-sadistic-killer-who-showed-no-mercy/article_e3d60ab2-9d84-5a9b-82c3-9ff151553e93.html Support the show
