MURDERED: Leon Laureles

Juan Leon Laureles, who went by Leon, was born on January 3rd of 1966. Leon’s case follows a long line of Texas crimes that have received very little media and police attention due to prejudice. Because of the way Leon’s case has been neglected, it’s been challenging for his family and friends to get the justice they deserve. 27 years after his death, his legacy as a brother, uncle, cousin, caretaker, coworker, and dear friend lives on. This is his story. If you have any information regarding Leon’s murder, please contact the Brown County Sheriff’s Office at (325) 646-5510 or the Heart of Texas Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477 Sponsor: Justice For Leon Laureles Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/p/Justice-For-Leon-Laureles-100088055378357/ GoFundMe For Private Detective and Memorial: https://www.gofundme.com/f/leon-laureles-private-detective-and-memorial?member=17377593&sharetype=teams&utm_campaign=p_na+share-sheet&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=customer Resources: https://themurderdiariespodcast.com/episodes/template-zrjhz Music Used: Walking with the Dead by Maia Wynne Link: https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Maiah_Wynne/Live_at_KBOO_for_A_Popcalypse_11012017 License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ Chill Wave by Kevin MacLeod Link: https://filmmusic.io/song/3498-chill-wave License: https://filmmusic.io/standard-license Our Links: Website: https://themurderdiariespodcast.com/ Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/themurderdiariespod Buy Us a Coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/mdiariespod Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/themurderdiariespod/ TikTok: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZTdgBwpV1/ Threads: https://www.threads.net/@themurderdiariespod Edited by: https://www.landispodcastediting.com/
