Muriel has been working as a server for 15 (or 20) years and has always loved cooking at home, but has never stepped into a professional kitchen to try out her skills. This week Nick and Muriel go to the famous Beer Belly in LA’s historic Koreatown to talk to Chef Wes Lieberher. Then, after the niceties, Chef Wes takes Muriel into the kitchen, trains her on four menu items and then Nick sits back and heckles her relentlessly as she attempts to pump out a professional lunch in under 15 minutes!
