It is a CrossFit tradition to do the MURPH WOD every Memorial Day. And it has now become a tradition to podcast after. So here we are again. And we finally got Coach Lisa on as a guest. She fought tooth and nail not to EVER do our show. But thanks to CrossFit Cedar Park member and Marine Veteran George. He convinced her to be on.
