Welcome to episode 2 of the Jack Hamlin-Morell Murphy series. In Episode 1 we discussed how this event came to be and we met our 2 veterans: Morell Murphy, an Irish sailor whose ship was sunk by a sub off Cherbourg and Jack Hamlin, a Coast Guardsman who came to his rescue.
