We share information for men in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond because we have no room for error. Flex has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He's a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. Flex focuses on training guys online and in person. It's important to mention that he trains EVERYBODY, from beginners to athletes. Flex loves coaching people and making them strong and lean. Some people are not willing to train their weak links. But they have to do it. We all have something that needs improvement. The glutes, the abs, the pecs. You must be uncomfortable addressing the parts of your body that need improvement. Functional training can help you do just that. In this episode, we'll explore the world of functional training and how it can help you improve your overall fitness and ability to perform daily activities. Besides sharing our definition of functional training, we mention variations of the most important movements and why you should confuse your body constantly to get better results.
