I explain how declining estrogen may affect cartilage, synovial fluid, bone, and muscle, what clinicians may consider when ruling out other causes, and where hormone therapy, exercise, nutrition, weight management, and sleep may fit into care.- - - - -About the Host:Dr. McShane is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology as well as reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
