Museveni victory

Uganda's electoral commission has declared incumbent President Yoweri Museveni the winner of the country's 2016 elections. Museveni won with 60 point 7 percent of the votes while his closest competitor, opposition leader Kizza Besigye, had 35 point 3 percent.
