Music and Motivation with Chris Davis: Episode #169 with Special Guest: Adam J. Feather! Chris hangs out with you on Wednesday, August 31st with Special Guest: Adam J. Feather! In Today's Episode we talk about Adam's upcoming album 'Bird Leaves', Releasing on September 16th! we also talk about the copywriting process, and try to break it down easy for musicians thinking about putting their music out there!  Adam J Feather picked up the guitar at 14 and immediately took to it. He spent much time with the instrument, teaching himself as many techniques as possible, as well as music theory. Once quoted as saying to his public music teacher, "I know more about guitar than you," he soon became close with the instructor, who convinced him to go to school for music. Soon after he also began drumming and singing. Adam then received the Louis Armstrong Jazz Award before attending SEMO in Cape Girardeau for music composition. He has also been gigging regularly outside of school and currently plays for several bands in the Saint Louis area, as well as writing, recording, and producing several albums of material.
