Sarah Whitney(Provided by Sarah Whitney)Sarah Whitney is a violinist celebrated around the world for pushing the boundaries of classical music by blending contemporary sounds.A performer, an educator and a career coach for musicians, Sarah will be in residence this week - Wednesday through Friday - here on our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.On Friday at 7:30 PM, Sarah will perform a free public concert in the Cadek Recital Hall here on campus - presenting classical and pop crossover pieces featuring the use of a loop pedal to build layered performances in real time.I spoke with Sarah; Dr. Jonathan McNair, the Ruth S.
